I just love how Goodlatte makes statements like this :
"Gambling on the Internet has become an extremely lucrative business," Goodlatte said. "These offshore, fly-by-night Internet gambling operators are unlicensed, untaxed and unregulated and are sucking billions of dollars out of the United States."
Thing is that I dont see party poker or full tilt as a fly by night operation.and the other problems he mentions are overcome by making it egal inside the USA. If this actually becomes law its going to suck.
