Texas Poker Legislation?

Texas Poker Legislation?

So I was reading this article about the Texas Legislature about to meet for 140 days, and how they have $10 billion less to spend this time around than last time.

Could this economic "crisis" help the possibility of getting Poker passed? The idea of keeping Texas money in Texas and out of Oklahoma might be an incentive to pass the poker law?
