I'm Going to Lake Charles!
Well, my company is sending me to La Porte Texas next week. If any of you don't know La Porte, consider yourselves lucky. It is a refinery town on the Houston Channel south of Houston & North of Galveston. You feel like you need a Hazmat Suit just to walk around that area.
On the bright side, I will have nothing to do at night. So I will drive 2.5 hours out to Lake Charles and play some $3/$6 live poker everynight. It will be fun. Probably a waste of money, but fun. It is limit poker, though, so it won't be that dangerous.
