Playing for free
Well, I just went to a bar with some buds to shoot some pool, and they were having a free poker tournament. I have played in them before, and normally if you win there is a prize of some sort. Normally it is cash, at least where I have played(prob enough to cover your bar tab). There were probably 60 people in the tourney, and I won. What did I win? An invitation to play in another tournament with no cash prize. There are supposed to be some sort of prizes, but I doubt they are worth anything. Free tourneys suck... I guess I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, because I just cant turn poker down. |
