3 pots
$1/$2 NLHE Motocity Casino.
Hand 1:
I'm two to the right of the button with 7h7d. someone in early position made it $12 I called, the button called and the SB called.
flop was 8c7c2s
The raiser bets $20, I call. The button moves in for $30 more, SB folds, the raiser calls the additional $30 and I call the $30.
turn is the 8d, filling me up.
The raiser bets $50, and I move all in for about $85 more on top.
He calls.
2c is the river.
I show my 7's full of 8's, he shows K8 for 8's full of 2's the button shows AJc for a flush.
Q: Should I have raised on the flop? Should I have played the turn more cautiously if I put him on an 8?
Hand 2:
I'm in mid position and have AA. I raise to $15 and get two callers.
Flop J J 7 rainbow. Player 1 (has been betting big and bluffing) bets $30 into me.
I call, he squirms in his seat a little, and player 3 folds.
Turns is a 6.
he bets $45 and I call, he squirms again.
River is another jack. He bets $85 all in, I call.
He shows 88
Q: should I have reraised on the flop or turn to isolate/see where I was at in the hand?
Hand 3:
I'm on the button with AKo.
there's 3 limpers before me. I raise to $15 and get two callers.
Flop: A J 4 with two clubs.
I bet $20 the person to my left (loose & wreckless. who is also the button from hand #1) calls and the other player folds.
Turn is the 4s.
I bet $60 and he calls. (since i've been at the table I've watched him chase a lot of draws and he was down several hundred dollars.)
The river is the 9h.
I bet $50 thinking he missed his draw or has AJ or a worse A and he raises to $200. I tell myself if he has AJ I'm gonna pay him off so I make the call.
He shows 99. filled up on the river.
Q: Should I have gotten away from this hand? I thought I had him beat because of the shit cards he had been playing and poor calls he was making. |
