Fatigue

Fatigue

Jim and I talked about this a little yesterday. For those that played late into the night, did you get fatigued? I heard people commenting on this, but I personally felt fine. The only time that I got tired was after I was done playing, and sitting around watching the final table. However, I was focused and awake the entire time playing. Do some of you guys just concentrate/focus so much that it becomes mentally taxing to play for 8-10-12 hours?

I asked Jim how he felt, since he played to the very end, and he said he felt just fine. I understand that he plays quite a bit in Vegas, but he doesn't play 12hour multi-table tourney sessions. He plays cash most of the time, and can get up and leave as he chooses.

Maybe I just don't concentrate and exert enough mental energy at the table, but I just don't seem to get "drained" from playing poker. My comments/questions are more about....what do you do at the poker table that 'wears' you down over a 10hour tourney?
