Limit Poker

Limit Poker

so last night after stpping by the casino supply place to pick up more cupholders... i went to the NDCR...

I played in their 5-10 Limit game and did pretty well ... cashed in with $300 left with $553... they also had a $15-30 game going on ... some guys apparently were buying in with a few thousand dollars...

so what should one buy in with at a 15-30?
I was thinking maybesomething like $600 would be ok... 300 is the minimum.. .but that is like sitting down at a NL game with $40.

but more than likely to be safe i would buy in with $800+ thing is that you are not going ot lose more than a few hundred on any given hand ... sayign that the betting is capped with raises... but i nthose situations you dont want to not be able to capitalize on your nut hands...

so what are peoples thoughts regaurdng buy in's at limit games?

I have not played alot of limit in the past .. but the better i get at laying down good hands and reading people the more i ma enjoying it ... of course it does not hurt that i have made money at it also ...
