WSOP 2009 - Its underway. Dumb rules and stuff
I dunno how many of you actually follow much poker. Just reading about the WSOP firing up is getting my poker pants excited. I wanna play more poker. I wish I had the disposable income to play an event this year, it won't happen though short of hitting the lotto that I rarely play. I will be hitting up Winstar soon.
Anyway. Chris Moneymaker is among the leaders on Day 2 of the $40K buy in event. I happen to think he is a pretty decent player despite the bad rap he seems to get. I used to think he was a tool, but I have since come around on him.
It appears there is a new dumb rule in place this year:
