I'm getting better.
I've been playing on Stars quite a bit. I've been concentrating on playing Stud, and had been trying to qualify for the Stud WCOOP event (unsuccessfully, but free). That didn't happen. But, the other night I played in a Omaha8 tourney and finished 13th out of 200 something. It was a $5 tourney, so I didn't make much, but it was encouraging to cash in a non-HE tourney. My bankroll was up a bit, so tonight I said wtf and entered a $20 O8 tourney. 198 people. I finished 3rd, good for $471. I'm happy. I'm now positive money-wise on all 3 sites I play regularly (UB, Stars, and FTP) and only a net loser on Party. I feel good about being profitable. I feel good about getting better (despite still knowing and seeing holes and mistakes). I feel good about expanding past just hold'em.
