MTT of SNG?

MTT of SNG?

What is the difference between a multi-table SNG and a MTT? I just can't see any difference. Most times people stating MTT mean a huge tourney while a SNG is really only like 4-5 tables at most. Is that right?

Just curious.

Not, "I want to kiss a man" curious, just "Wow, he must work out" curious.
