Wednesday Night Home Game
Although I've been to just about every underground poker club in the Dallas area, I'm not entirely comfortable with the whole thing. Last week the club I play at in McKinney got raided so I've decided that I'm going to hang it up.
I am now interested in starting a NO RAKE home game every Wednesday or Thursday night. I have a very nice custom made racetrack table with nice chips and cards. If players would rather have a full-time dealer, that can be arranged. I should have done this long ago.....No rake and no worries about getting raided. Since there is no rake, you will have to bring your own food and drink (no hard liquor).
The game will be 1/2 NLHE. I am flexible on the buy-in amount but no less than $40 or more than $100. The game would be at my house which is located in Sachse (just north of Garland). Let's see what kind of interest this generates and we'll go from there. I'm also open to any ideas anyone might have so go ahead and throw them at me.
On a side note.....I also play in a regular Monday and Friday night game in Sachse if anyone would be interested. The buy-in is $50 1/2NLHE. Also no rake! |
