Interesting Pattern
Last night I was playing a MTT on UB. I got dealt 5 pocket pairs in roughly 2.25 hours.
AA twice KK twice 88.
AA 1 for 2
KK 0 for 1 no action first time
88 1 for 1.
Here is the interesting part
In my AA victory I won when the other two guys didnt have pocket pairs.
In my AA loss I lossed when the other guy hit his set on the river
KK preflop raise everyone foled
KK preflop I lossed when other guy hits his set and quads on turn and river.
88 I win against KK when I hit my set on the river.
There was about 5 or 6 other times when the under pair beat the over pair it seemed to be the theme of the night. If a pair went up agains two overs they seemed to hold up most of the time. I realize this is a small sample but I think I want to track this and see because its leading me to the realization that while I can eek out some change online, that its just not profitable.
So I am wondering how random this online chit really is. Does anyone have a info on how they generate decks etc. |
