I've used up all my luck.
I was playing a 1/2 NL home game last night.
After another 4 hours of absolutely nothing I have like 15 bucks left. I go all-in with AT and get called by AA
Board comes Txx
Turn comes T (at which point everyone's like "WHOA!!!")
River comes T
Yay for Quads, I made $14.
30 minutes and 4 or 5 rounds later I have $60 and get dealt A:spade:Q:spade:
I raise to $7 and get one caller, the same guy that previously called my all-in with AA.
Board comes K:spade:9 :diamond:T:spade:
He bets $10, I call.
Turn comes J:spade:
He bets $20, I wet my pants and call.
River comes 4:club:
He checks, I go all-in, he folds.
My first straight-flush, not to mention royal flush, and I'm too short-stacked to win anything from it... oh well. :lol: |
