Correct Ruling WPT

Correct Ruling WPT

Dis anyone see the WPT. Early on Michael Mizrachi vs Scotty Nyguen, I don't recall the details of the hand but that Michael hit the nut straight on the river. Michael bet, Scotty announced raise but then Michael turned his cards over without calling. Director told Scotty that it would only be a call. Mike Sexton disagreed with the ruling.

What is the correct ruling.....what cards can one show aftere being raised if you are last to act, one card? both?

It seems i've heard different rulings.
