When solid play is costing you loot by the fistful, it is definitely time to move to some sort of loss limiting structure, such as Limit, PL, or capped (which is something I have not played).

You have the best of both worlds it appears with PL and Cap games. You can still work the table pushing people out, still pump up your upside beyond simple set limit bets and raises, but at the same time protect your bank when the cards...might be running against you, which I hear happens from time to time to all of us! ;)

Its definitely a great alternative to grinding it out while the poker gods are smacking us around while we are waiting for cards that hold up and hoping our bankroll will survive the temporary setback in front of us.

I am going to have to try a cap game, it sounds like it would be a good spot to explore.

Thanks and good luck!
