Verbal acitons binding?
Ok, so this may have been covered before, if it has, so be it.
Here's the situation. It has to do with verbal actions and are they binding.
For this example, lets say you are in a tournament, buy in is irrelavent, you have A :spade: Q :spade:, flop is 9 :spade: 10 :spade: J  , you are in middle postion. 3 players see the flop, you are second to act. The first player bets, you call or raise (irrelevant for this example), the third player calls. The turn is the K :spade: , you have the nuts. The first player to act bets and before you declare your action the third players says "I'm all in" and pushes his chips half way to the middle and then says, "oh you haven't gone yet, sorry".
Is his all in binding? If you go all in, is he required to push his chips into the middle?
You have the nuts and definietly want him to go all in.
