Sunday afternoon home game
I played a small home game this week. 13 players mostly APL people. Found out about it through one of the yahoo groups. Placed first.
Overall the structure of the tournament is well run, but the play we marginal at best. (That's why I won !!) :lol:
They have room for 16 players, and try to hold it weekly on Sunday afternoons at 1:00 in East Plano (Park and Jupiter)
The guy who runs the tourney's name is Gordon, he's an older guy (60's) but very nice.
Overall, if you are wanting to get some practice in, and probably make a little easy money, this would be a good place. I can give the specifics if anyone is interested. |
