chinese poker

i've played chinese a few times, but i certainly don't claim to be good or proficient. one thing i'm not clear on.
tom says there is no folding. i thought there was an option to concede the hand, but you give up a point to each player if you do. anyone know the official rule on this? i know there was a thread about this somewhere, but i couldn't find it. |
