My first session out here, I wasn't focused, played badly, etc.
My second session, I played well but had the cards go against me. Most of it was one huge pot where luck just wasn't on my side.
Today, I played for four hours. I think I dragged one pot (maybe two). The one I remember was less than $40. Absolutely no cards (best hands were 88 and AcJc) and no places to make moves. I was really focused, and think I played well. I think most people (including me most of the time) lose more than I did.
I don't really believe in the poker gods or whatever, and I've played a total of maybe 12 hours, but it sure does feel like I'm being tested...
