It's a shitty-ass hand, and should be folded in the vast majority of cases.
Long answer: My read here is that you already knew that. Furthermore, I'm guessing there's a bad beat story in there somewhere waiting to come out. So, I'll go ahead and throw in that a lot of shitty-ass hands can be played profitably in bad O8 games.
