Judging Progress

Judging Progress

I love entering the Sit-n-Go multi-table $1+.20 tourneys. I like the small amount of entry. I enjoy the fact that others don't take it too seriously. I also like the fact that if I get knocked out quick, I can join another one in a few seconds and not feel like I am just throwing money away. I have entered about 10 of them. I placed 3rd last night for a $7 pay out. I have been at the final table 5 times and ended up in the money 4 times. I'm not overly impressed with my game. However, it brings me to a question.

Should I stay with this same price/size tourney as long as I am still enjoying it? When is it time to enter a higher $$ tourney? I guess I want to know if there is any advice on taking the next step to higher risk tourneys? If I stay at the current level ($1.20), what skills should I be trying to obtain to assist in live tourneys or bigger tourneys?
