I’m second in chip size at the table with $470 and a LAG image. I’m in the BB with AQoff. There’s about 4 limpers ahead of me and I check my option.
Flop: As Qs Td
SB (chip leader with $1200-1300 he appears to be solid) checks. I bet pot. Fold, fold. The button (loose passive regular) calls and the SB check raises to $30. I consider raising but couldn’t call a re-raise from daddy big stacks, I think he’s capable of making this move with a Strt Draw, flush draw and sometimes an A or just squeezing. The button only has $100 left. I decide to call and so does the button.
Turn: 4c
SB Checks. I give him a WTF look and he says “yes, I just check raised then checked.” I figure I’m way ahead or way behind and decided to bet $50 with the intentions of folding if the SB puts me all in but, I don’t want to miss the value bet if I’m way ahead. They both call the $50.
River: 2d
SB checks, so do I, so does the button.
I win with top two, SB had AJo, Button had K8o.
I didn’t feel good about this hand until it was over, I’m sure I couldn’t done something better. Any thoughts?
