How to beat an aggressive betting player - NLH

How to beat an aggressive betting player - NLH

I was hoping some of the more experienced players can help me out with this one. I am an average player who participates primarily in home games with various friends for relatively low amounts of money - $50 -$ 100 buy ins for NLH poker matches. I have recently come against a couple of players who seem to win all the time.
One of them contsanting raises the blinds pre flop (but I think typically plays on good cards after the flop) and bets agressively post flop if he's made a decent hand - but he never goes all in unless he is playing heads up.
The other, plays much like the person above, but tends to stay in for alot more of flops/hands regardless of cards. He tends to bluff more.
I generally play these players with good cards, but tend to call more often than raise, however, I find the I tend to be short stacked anytime I get to the final 3 or 4 people left. Our blinds raise rather agressively. Can anyone give me thier opionions on what strategy would work best???

Thanks,
