I have only on few occassions been dealt AA or even KK in the first deal of a sng tournament, and when someone re-raises you to the point of all in they had a high pocket pair as well. I will always raise the blinds in this position and only go all in in if someone re-raises me to do so, if they hit their set then they hit their set, that's the way it is. I have yet to lose with AA on the first deal.
