Re: Stealing blinds...opinions please

[quote:77f9329c18="Cmetilt"]Ok. Your on the button. Its folded all the way around to you. What is condisidered a good starting hand to steal the blinds? Anything? Ax? Facecards? I sometimes struggle with what these hands may be. Now I know that the pocket pairs, AK, AQ, big hands are easy to steal with, but other than those?[/quote:77f9329c18]

I've found that any connectors, one-off connectors, or suited cards are excellent for stealing blinds. When you raise to 3xBB, if you get a caller you've still got a shot at a nice sleeper hand (especially if the SB or BB flops something) In addition, you've also got the leverage (and image) to play as if you're holding a big hand.
