How does everyone play middle pairs -- I am talking 66 to 10-10 --
1) first to act
2) near the button with callers but no raisers
3) as SB or BB with a 3-4x raise to you....
These hands drive me crazy. I know that some will say that you should see a flop for a set (or trips, whichever one applies when you have two hidden cards comprising your three of a kind).
