So my buddy Grunkzzz is in LA this week playing a little poker.

He is currently playing in event 26 right now. They were on break and he just called with an update.
They started with 2000 in chips I think he said, he is at 5200ish in chips.

At 25-50, he raised Grunk's BB to 150 and he called with J10o.
The flop comes: J J 3
He said earlier he floped trips and checked and he said this guy saw that. So he bet 200. This McCormack guy raised to 600 and he only had 1100 left behind.
So Grunk reraised him ALL IN and he called showing KK and Grunk busted him out.
He commented on how bad he felt this guy played. And the people at the table were "don't you know who that is?" Blah blah....so he called me and I looked him up online for him.
It was definately a confidence boost for him. Hopefully he keeps it up. He says first pays over $100K, I think he said there was like 350ish entrees.
He did admit to catching a lot of cards as well. I'll post to this thread any updates I get from him.
