Schools of Thought playing AK preflop?

Schools of Thought playing AK preflop?

Another thread got me thinking of the different schools of thought on how to play AK preflop?

Most everyone is generally pleased to look down and see AK preflop. I'd like to hear some ideas on pre-flop play for AK.

Specifically these Scenarios:

UTG

Blinds

Late Postion with multiple limpers

Mid Position

Does it matter if its tournament play(assume its early and everyone has mostly equal stacks) or cash game.

I know playing style is a big factor here. But I'd still like to hear some thoughts on this from everyone.
