All-in or get value?

All-in or get value?

You're in a tournament. It's early, and you're not in a hurry, but would obviously like to accumulate chips. You have a good hand after the flop or turn, and any bet or raise you make that would be of value (proper according to the size of the pot/eliminating proper odds, etc.) will commit you to the pot. Forget for now if you disagree with the idea of being pot-committed, because this bet or raise WILL pot-commit you. You think/know your opponent will fold to an all-in, but incorrectly call the bet. Do you go all-in to win the pot and move on, or do you give him the wrong price and risk him catching knowing that he's making a mistake as you're pot-committed?
