for me i think that it would depend on the hand that i was up against (assuming that i also magically knew what he was holding). any kind of hand where my opponent is no worse than about a 3:1 underdog and i would probably just get it over with and raise all-in. but if he was [i:284be62cd0]just[/i:284be62cd0] on a flush draw or open-ended straight draw (or worse) with one card to come then i would generally be okay with keeping him around.

i'm of the mindset (usually) of being willing to take some chances early in a tournament to accumulate some chips (so that later on i'm not the one praying to win the coin flips... which tend to determine tournaments). i don't find it too enjoyable to play for 12 hours and not make the money because i was too busy waiting for the "right" hands in the "right" situations... and they never showed up. there's always a cash game 15 feet away that has plenty of money in it.
