Different styles to this hand

Different styles to this hand

I had this hand last week, and there is a few different ways to play this hand. I am curious as to how everyone would play this particular hand.

Setup
- 1/2 No
- You are in LP
- You have roughly $350-$400 in your stack
- SB is the only solid player you feel at this point in the game

2 Limpers in front of you. You look down at 4  5 :club: and limp. SB pops it up to $11 to go. 2 Calls in front of you, nobody behind you so you decide to call. $46, minus rake, and 4 players to the flop.

Flop: 4 :diamond: 5 :spade: Q

SB Leads out with a $25 bet. Both the other players fold to you.

What is your next move?
